Went to the Alternative Art Fair and exhibited View from Home one and two plus one image from The Inbetween. Unfortunately I forgot my own camera the day i had to expose... typical! But my brother took some photos.

Deadpan = dead face = photographic style where the facial expressions are sought to be "neutral", often used in portrait series that show a certain type of people fx Rineke Dijkstras pictures of adolescents on the beach or Richard Avedons portraits of the people in the american west.

Just back from travelling 2 months, I am attending a workshop where we explore this aesthetic. First assignment - make a deadpan selfportrait.

Last week I shortly helped my good friend Anne out by photographing people on the red carpet at a galla dinner she organized. Was a a beautiful afternoon with straight up sunshine on islands brygge where she held the party. Funny how some people where shy about being photographed but then enjoying the glamour of it.

So. first job in my new official small photobusiness is done. Working for "Utopian City Scape" i joined a team to photograph all of the Danish Technical University for a 3d model.
